Fran McCully is the founder of QuickBooks and Business Consulting which was previously named Your Administrative Solutions. She offers QuickBooks services, Training in QuickBooks, bookkeeping, administrative tasks, Bill Paying, CFO Services, and HR support to owners of small businesses, including solopreneurs, in Idaho, Washington, Oregon and throughout the US. With 35 years of combined experience in executive administration, finance, and budgeting, Fran’s passion lies in helping her clients improve their financial reporting, cash flow, and profitability.
She has additional expertise in Profit Mastery where clients will create a foundation for change, She will change your financial position in getting your arms around the numbers, She will instruct you in your cash flow and how to prevent your cash going south when your sales head north, and her expertise lies in managing your new growth.
Fran’s current clients come from many different industries, including construction, trade, retail, business services, personal services, nonprofit, manufacturing, education, and more. Some of the more recent projects she’s worked on include recovering a year-old $35K bank error for a manufacturing client, improving the cash flow for a lawn care client, and reorganizing QuickBooks for a contractor that improved his revenues substantially.
Recently Fran has become certified in Money, Marketing And Soul Consultation and Coaching and founded Dynamic Profit Solutions. In this area of her business expertise she will be assisting business owners in Business assessment of their current business, Discovery sessions around their business assessment, Budget preparation and implementation, Extensive strategizing around their current operations and future development of findings. She will have Trainings in Branding business, Niche Breakthrough, Signature Systems, Building Profit Pyramid, Creating Packages and How to Charge what you are worth. She is also the author of an article called, Magical Money Transformations.
Fran values continuing education and earned the Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation as well as the Certified QuickBooks Point of Sale ProAdvisor. She is a member of the International Virtual Assistant Association (IVAA), Inland Northwest Virtual Assistant Association (INVAA),and The Virtual Business Group. She also served as Vice President of the Palouse Networking Association (PNA) for 4 years. Currently she is the Secretary of the Palouse Back country Horseman.
Prior to starting her own business in 2004, Fran worked as an Administrative Assistant at Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company and was Executive Assistant at Washington State University for over 20 years. She previously owned a small business partnering with her husband in Wild land firefighting where they contracted with the Forest Service fighting wildland fires.
Fran holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Idaho and is a graduate of the Virtual Assistant Training Program (VATP), a comprehensive program in how to produce virtual work for clients using the latest technology and expertise. When she is not working she enjoys gardening, caring for her horses, spending time with her husband and family, and working on home improvement projects.
